The task of redesigning the interior of the Inčukalns UGR administrative building entailed creating an environment that manifests the company’s values and helps people to understand its field of operations. The tectonics of all the design elements, furniture, environmental graphics and specially designed lighting fixture form an indirect link to the specific nature of the company’s operations and resolve functional issues in the building’s existing tectonics. This is an interior that unites the team and fosters collaboration.
