Exhibition “Twice Written Book”
The goal of the exhibition is to offer a historical insight into the field of literature during the Second World War and to reflect the influence of the period. This is achieved by showcasing the developmental process, details and background of Latvian writer Andrejs Upītis’ controversial novel “Zaļā Zeme” (The Green Land). The exhibition’s visual identity is inspired by the format (145 x 280 mm) of the novel’s handwritten pages. The exhibition’s progressive dynamic is orchestrated by the arrangement of five thematic blocks made up of the relative planes of the novel’s pages.
