The Latvian and English editions of the Constitution are dedicated to the 95th anniversary of its adoption. The books’ graphic and verbal language is concise and unequivocal. The red colour of the Latvian flag highlights and forms the structure, while the texture of the cover symbolizes fundamentality. Concurrently, it is also alludes to the ceremonial nature of the books.
