These angling and rest spots are an interpretation of an aquatic plant, the Bog Arum (Calla palustris) that one finds on lake shores. Under its broad leaves, one can find cover from the sun and the rain, while the lower leaves contain integrated information about the lake’s fish and the legends of Alūksne. Rod holders are provided to support fishing rods.
